Who Are We Looking For

We're looking for a highly organised, trustworthy Executive Assistant who can manage accounts, HR, recruitment, and founder support with equal ease. The ideal Executive Assistant is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams without dropping the ball. Above all, they should be someone who takes ownership, learns fast, and wants to grow with a young, fast-moving startup.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance: Own end-to-end accounting operations: invoicing, expense tracking, monthly GST/TDS filings and payments, P&L dashboard reporting.
HR & People Operations: Be the single point of contact for all team member matters: onboarding/offboarding, leave records, payroll inputs, and appraisals. Run the monthly performance review cycle (inputs → ratings → 1-1s) and drive team connection through weekly check-ins and quarterly team events.
Recruitment: Run recruitment drives start to finish: draft JDs, post on job portals, schedule webinars and interviews.
Founder & Admin Support: Manage the founder's calendar, inbox, and notes. Set up meetings with customers, and manage team access to software tools and applications.

Skills Required

Communication: Clear, precise, and confident in both written and verbal communication.
Organisation & Attention to Detail: Manages multiple workstreams (accounts, HR, recruitment, admin) without missing tasks.
Proactive Ownership: Anticipates needs before being asked and takes initiative to close gaps.
Reliability: Dependable and consistent.
Discretion & Integrity: Trusted with confidential information, including founder communications, compensation data, and team matters, and handles it with judgment and professionalism..
Coordination & Follow-through: Keeps multiple people (team members, candidates, vendors, freelancers) moving toward deadlines without needing constant reminders.
Tool Fluency: Comfortable working across Google Sheets, Google Docs, Slack, etc. to move fast and reduce manual effort.
AI Tool Proficiency: Skilled at using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for research, drafting documents, and writing messages.
Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback in real time.

Work Location

This position is a work-from-office role.
Office location: Sector 44, Gurgaon (near Millennium City Centre metro station)

Work Days and Timings

Days: Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays
Timings: 10am to 7pm

Compensation

Full-time CTC: Rs. 3,60,00 to 4,20,000 per annum
