This is an internal role at Weekday. Not a role by a client.

Department: Recruiter Screening - Operations

Location: India (Remote)

Work Schedule: 9 hours /day, 6 days /week

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (High performance converts to an Extension or Full-time)

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 / month fixed + additional performance-based incentive

As a Talent Operations Associate Consultant, you will be on the front lines evaluating top-tier talent, conducting research on cutting-edge roles, and running the evaluation engine that connects great candidates with world-class tech companies.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

Conduct High-Impact Candidate Screenings: Lead intro & evaluation calls with candidates to assess their technical/non-technical fit against client company requirements.
Deep-Dive Role Research: Research client roles upfront so you can lead engage-and-answer discussions and guide candidates authoritatively through the process.
Capture Rigorous Data & Evaluation: Collect comprehensive candidate insights covering structured rubric points to ensure candidates meet client interview standards.
Manage Candidate Experience & Feedback: Own candidate communication from end to end, managing feedback loops, status updates, and handoffs to Account Managers.
Master Talent Operations Tools: Leverage modern recruiting and operational software (Airtable, Slack, CRM tools) to deliver accurate reporting and maintain high quality standards.
Fast-Track POD Leadership: Step up into a POD Lead role—guiding a sub-team of 2–3 associates, driving daily operational targets, coaching team members, and helping scale your POD to maintain high screening standards.

Who You Are

We are looking for self-starters who are eager to learn and execute with excellence. You will thrive in this role if you are:

An Early Career Professional or Fresh Graduate: You have 0–1 years of experience (Graduates in BBA, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply!).
An Exceptional Communicator: You possess fluent written and spoken English skills with the confidence to lead candidate calls professionally.
A Fast Learner & Research-Minded: You can quickly grasp job descriptions across technical and non-technical domains and synthesize information quickly.
Coachable & Action-Oriented: You absorb feedback rapidly, adapt to fast-changing environments, and enjoy hitting daily operational goals.
Aspiring Leader: You are eager to move beyond individual execution and take on pod leadership, team coaching, and operational performance tracking early in your career.

Bonus points if you have experience with Airtable/Slack or a strong interest in startup hiring!

What Your First 90 Days Look Like

First 15 Days (Onboard & Learn): Shadow live screening calls, master internal documentation tools, begin independently conducting 15–20 screening calls/day and progressively ramp up screening volume (target: 25–40 calls/day).
Days 30–60 (Own & Lead): Run high-quality candidate screens independently while taking on POD Lead responsibilities—coaching a sub-team of 2–3 members, tracking daily metrics, and driving corrective actions to ensure target completion.
Towards 6 Months (Scale & Convert): Help build and mentor your POD team (scaling toward 5 structured PODs across the team) while positioning yourself for contract extension or full-time conversion.

Hiring Manager Screen & Live Mock Call (30–45 mins): Practical assessment to showcase your research mindset, communication clarity, and coachability with Meghana, who this role will be reporting to.

Culture Check: (20 mins): Alignment on values, motivation, and growth, with Sanjay, who is our Co-founder & COO.
