Job Description – Director

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director – Consumer to lead consumer-focused business transformation initiatives with a strong emphasis on SAP-enabled processes. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, preferably with retail experience, and a proven track record of leading large-scale SAP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end consumer business transformation initiatives across sales, distribution, procurement, and supply chain functions.
Partner with business stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
Drive SAP solution strategy, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement for consumer business processes.
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP-enabled solutions and ensure successful program delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and IT.
Lead large transformation programs, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
Mentor delivery teams and provide strategic guidance on solution design and best practices.
Engage with senior leadership and client stakeholders to manage expectations and drive business outcomes.
Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and operational excellence.
Support business development by contributing to solutioning, proposals, and client presentations.

Required Experience

18+ years of experience in SAP consulting, business transformation, or enterprise applications.
Strong hands-on and consulting experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) is highly preferred.
Candidates with strong expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management) will also be considered.
Experience working in the Consumer Goods / Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is mandatory.
Retail industry experience is highly preferred.
Experience leading large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programs.
Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

SAP MM (acceptable alternative)
SAP S/4HANA transformation experience preferred
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
SAP certification in SD or MM is preferred.
