Job Summary

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe working environment throughout the office, factory, warehouse, and common areas. The role ensures that all premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain office cabins, workstations, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize floors, furniture, windows, doors, and other office equipment.
Ensure washrooms are clean, hygienic, and adequately stocked with soap, tissue paper, and other essentials.
Maintain cleanliness of the pantry and assist in serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors as required.
Collect and dispose of waste according to company hygiene and safety procedures.
Refill drinking water and pantry supplies when necessary.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the Administration Department.
Handle housekeeping materials, cleaning equipment, and consumables responsibly.
Follow company safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Support housekeeping activities during meetings, events, audits, and inspections.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management.

Qualifications

Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
Basic reading and communication skills are preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in housekeeping, office maintenance, or a similar role is preferred.
Freshers may also be considered.

Required Skills

Knowledge of cleaning methods and hygiene practices.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Honest, reliable, and disciplined.
Good time management and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to assist staff.

Working Conditions

Indoor office, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
Standing, walking, lifting, and routine cleaning activities as part of daily duties.
May be required to work additional hours during company events or audits.
