We are seeking accomplished professionals to join our dynamic team as Wound Care & Ostomy Care Sales Specialists responsible for Institutional Sales based in Jaipur.

About Role

Establish and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring a strong client base.
Educate clients through participation in trade shows and conducting impactful product demonstrations
Proactively generate potential leads for future sales opportunities.
Set and surpass sales quotas, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Maintain an organized system for tracking and reporting sales activities.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
Achieve personal sales targets, incorporating a comprehensive range of products/services within identified markets.
Develop enduring client relationships that inform product, price, and service strategies.
Coordinate the use of organizational resources, providing value-added services such as in-service education programs.
Demonstrate efficient Key Account Management and channel partner management.
Contribute to major promotions, new product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Organize technical and educational meetings for customers and patients periodically.
Build and execute an educational calendar to support healthcare professionals, distributor partners, and patients.
Support the exploration of new market opportunities in designated territories.
Provide guidance and training to junior sales professionals as needed.
Deliver technical advice to the sales group when required.
Submit accurate and timely sales reports.
Independently prepare compelling sales presentations.

Note: This position is based in Jaipur

About You

Experience in wound care / critical care sales with strong product and therapy knowledge
Experience with institutional sales with successful tender/bidding experience
Proven track record in consultative selling and managing key hospital / channel accounts
Able to identify customer needs and drive product adoption and sales growth
Strong territory planning, negotiation, and execution discipline
Good communication skills with willingness to travel extensively
