Full job description

Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments.

Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and Sales.
Monitor operational performance and maintain five-star service standards.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality and personalized service.
Handle VIP arrivals, guest complaints, and special requests promptly.
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
Maintain high guest satisfaction and online review scores.
Supervise department heads and operational staff.
Conduct daily briefings and operational meetings.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate employees.
Promote teamwork, discipline, and professional conduct.
Monitor departmental budgets and control operating costs.
Maximize room occupancy and overall hotel revenue.
Review daily revenue reports, occupancy reports, and operational expenses.
Ensure proper billing procedures and revenue protection.
Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, banquet facilities, and back-of-house areas.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are consistently met.
Monitor compliance with luxury hospitality standards.
Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all fire, health, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and emergency drills.
Maintain guest and employee safety at all times.
Coordinate with security and engineering teams to resolve operational issues.
Work closely with the Sales and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy.
Monitor room inventory and pricing strategies.
Support corporate bookings, group reservations, and special events.
Identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue.
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to five-star standards.
Monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate room readiness for arrivals and VIP guests.
Ensure maintenance requests are resolved promptly.
Ensure restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet operations deliver exceptional service.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to maintain operational excellence.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct operational audits and compliance checks.
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Lead by example with professionalism and integrity.
Build a positive and guest-focused work culture.
Encourage innovation and continuous improvement.
Resolve conflicts effectively and maintain employee morale.
