Role Overview

As a Sales Executive in the Owner Acquisition team, your job is to identify, pitch, and onboard PG owners, hostel operators, and co-living businesses onto the BedR platform. You will be calling and engaging property owners, demonstrating how ManagR transforms their day-to-day operations, and converting them into active, long-term partners — all from our office in Worli. This is a conversion-focused inside sales role that requires strong communication, persistence, and the ability to build trust with business owners over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and prospect PG, hostel, and co-living operators through portal listings (99acres, NoBroker, MagicBricks), referrals, and internal databases.

● Call and engage property owners, understand their current operational challenges, and pitch BedR and ManagR as the solution.

● Conduct demos of ManagR over call or video — clearly communicating how it replaces manual, WhatsApp-based operations.

● Own the full onboarding process: from first contact and pitch to account creation, property listing, and activation on ManagR.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded partners to drive retention and referrals.

● Manage your pipeline in the CRM — track outreach, follow-ups, demos, and conversions daily.

● Achieve monthly targets for new owner sign-ups and active property listings.

● Share weekly feedback on owner objections, competitor mentions, and market insights with the team.

Qualifications and Skills

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

● 3–6 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account acquisition — real estate, proptech, SaaS, or fintech background preferred.

● Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi is a strong advantage when dealing with local PG owners.

● Proven ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and convert through structured follow-ups.

● Organised and disciplined in managing a pipeline — you don't let leads go cold.

● Comfortable with CRM tools and basic tech platforms.

● High ownership mindset — you treat your numbers as your own.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
