Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads through walk-ins, phone calls, referrals, and field visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order confirmation.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, contractors, builders, architects, and dealers.
Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or sales register.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Stay updated on product features, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
1–3 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Timely submission of daily and weekly reports.
