Full job description

Desired Candidate Profile

The Account Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day client servicing and project

execution across assigned accounts. The role ensures smooth coordination between clients

and internal teams (Creative, Design, Video, Strategy, Performance), maintains timelines,

manages briefs and feedback, and keeps deliverables organized and error-free. The AE is

expected to be proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks

while learning account operations, reporting, and basic commercial processes

(estimates/invoicing support).

Reporting & Team

 Reports to: Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (as per account structure)

 Leads: Interns / Trainees / Freelance support (if assigned)

 Works closely with: Creative, Design, Video, Strategy, Performance/Media,

Production, Finance/Admin

KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAs) & KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

1. Client Coordination & Communication Hygiene

Ensure timely communication, clear updates, and professional coordination with clients for

approvals, feedback, and daily requirements.

KPIs:

 Client queries acknowledged within 1 working hour (where feasible)

 95%+ communication responses/updates closed within 24 hours

 MOM shared within 4 working hours for 90%+ meetings

 Escalations flagged to AM/SAM within 2 hours of identification

 Client communication quality score: 4/5+ (internal review)

2. Project Execution & Timeline Discipline

Drive execution flow by tracking tasks, aligning internal teams, and ensuring deliverables

move on time.

KPIs:

 95%+ tasks delivered on/before deadline

 Zero missed publishing deadlines due to coordination gaps

 Daily tracker accuracy: 98%+ (status reflects reality)

 Rework due to missed inputs/coordination errors: ≤5%

 Internal handover readiness score (clarity/checklists): 90%+

3. Briefing, Feedback & Approval Management

Convert requirements into clear briefs, manage feedback loops, and ensure approval

closures with version control.

KPIs:

 90%+ briefs shared with complete inputs (objective, TG, mandatories, format, sizes,

deadline)

 Feedback consolidated and shared as a single actionable note for 85%+ cycles

 Approval closure cycle time reduced by 10% over 3 months (where possible)

 First-review alignment rate: 70%+ (output matches brief without major mismatch)

4. Output Quality Control & Documentation

Maintain high hygiene in deliverables, ensure accuracy, and avoid preventable errors before

client submission/publishing.

KPIs:

 98%+ error-free client submissions (names, dates, prices, spellings, links, specs)

 Versioning/file naming compliance: 95%+

 Mandatory checklist adherence (logo, CTA, brand fonts/colours where applicable):

90%+

 Zero critical errors published (wrong price/date/brand claim)

5. Reporting & Performance Coordination Support

Support weekly/monthly reporting by gathering data, coordinating inputs, and preparing

clean, client-ready updates.

KPIs:

 Weekly/monthly reports submitted on time: 100%

 Data accuracy in reports: 99%+

 Report clarity score (structure, readability, completeness): 4/5+

 Minimum 2 key learnings captured per month per account (content/ad insights,

audience response)

6. Account Operations Support, Ownership & Growth

Support estimates, approvals, and billing coordination while building capability to handle

more responsibility over time.

KPIs:

 Estimate/invoice request documentation shared within 24 hours of requirement:

90%+

 Follow-up discipline for pending approvals/payments (as instructed by AM): 100%

 Participation in internal reviews/brainstorms/calendar meetings: 90%+

 Skill progression: complete 1 learning module/month (client handling, reporting,

platform basics, process SOPs)

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

 Coordinate daily execution across social, video, design, and campaign tasks for

assigned accounts.

 Track timelines, follow up with internal teams, and ensure approvals move without

delays.

 Prepare and share briefs, consolidate feedback, and maintain version control.

 Proof-check deliverables before submission to reduce errors and rework.

 Support report preparation, data collection, and clean presentation of updates.

 Maintain trackers, documents, meeting notes, and account folders with strong

hygiene.

 Support AM/SAM in estimates, billing coordination, and operational follow-ups as

needed.

SKILLS & TOOLS

Client Servicing: communication, follow-ups, meeting coordination, stakeholder handling

Execution: task tracking, timeline ownership, feedback management, documentation

Quality Control: attention to detail, proofing, checklist discipline

Reporting: basic analytics understanding, report formatting, insight capture
