Office Manager / Operations Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday

About RecoveryXIndia

RecoveryXIndia is a fast-growing startup dedicated to helping individuals and families connect with trusted rehabilitation centres across India. Our mission is to make addiction treatment more accessible by providing guidance, support, and verified rehabilitation options to those seeking help.

Alongside RecoveryXIndia, we are also building a new e-commerce fashion brand that will sell products across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

As an early-stage startup, every team member plays a vital role in building the company from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is passionate, self-motivated, and excited to grow alongside the business.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day operations while helping build efficient systems for our growing businesses.

This is not a routine desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple responsibilities, and treating the business as if it were their own.

The ideal candidate should have experience in office management, sales, marketing, team coordination, and administration. Strong computer skills and excellent English communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate and organise business activities across multiple projects.
Assist in building internal systems and operational processes.
Support sales and marketing initiatives for RecoveryXIndia.
Manage customer enquiries, client follow-ups, and lead tracking.
Coordinate with rehabilitation centres, vendors, and business partners.
Handle documentation, reports, spreadsheets, and record keeping.
Manage emails, scheduling, and business correspondence.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding as the company expands.
Help manage social media, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
Support the launch and operations of our e-commerce fashion brand.
Coordinate product listings, inventory updates, and marketplace operations.
Work closely with management to improve business efficiency and drive growth.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as an Office Manager, Operations Executive, or Administrative Manager.
Experience in sales and marketing.
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Leadership qualities with a proactive mindset.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced startup environment.
