Data Entry, Support Coordinator – CRM, IT & Business Data Collection Executive (Remote – India)

About Us

Manan Business Sales is a trusted and rapidly growing Australian business brokerage firm specializing in helping buyers and sellers successfully buy and sell businesses across Australia.

We are currently looking for a dedicated, organised, and detail-oriented Data Entry, Support Coordinator – CRM, IT & Business Data Collection to support our expanding operations.

This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, confident speaking over the phone, comfortable using Google Maps and online research tools, and able to maintain accurate business records and databases. The role also involves CRM administration, IT support, VoIP management, user account creation, and internal support coordination.

Position Details

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Melbourne, Australia Time)

(1-hour break included)

Role Overview

The role involves:

Collecting business information through online research and outbound calls
Contacting businesses to verify and update details
Managing and updating business databases
Entering and organising information in CRM systems and Excel sheets
Maintaining accurate records for Australian business listings
Resolving CRM login and access issues
Troubleshooting CRM-related problems
Managing and updating CRM records
Managing CRM user credentials and access
Coordinating CRM updates with the office team
Providing basic IT troubleshooting and technical support
Managing VoIP login and logout issues
Creating and managing Google, CRM, TikTok and Instagram accounts
Supporting internal staff with system access and account setup
Maintaining listing data and ensuring records remain accurate
Coordinating with the admin and support teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Full training will be provided on:

Data collection processes
CRM software
Google Maps research
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Business data collection
Communication approach and workflow systems
IT support procedures
VoIP systems
Account creation and credential management

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to businesses across Australia
Collect and verify business contact information
Research businesses using Google Maps, websites, directories, and online platforms
Update and maintain accurate records in CRM software and Excel
Organise business databases efficiently
Follow data entry guidelines and quality standards
Work closely with the admin and sales team
Ensure all information entered is accurate and up to date
Handle large volumes of data with attention to detail
Maintain daily productivity and reporting targets
Resolve CRM issues and user access requests
Troubleshoot basic IT and software-related issues
Manage VoIP login/logout and communication systems
Create and manage Google, CRM, TikTok and Instagram accounts
Maintain CRM credentials and user permissions
Support listing maintenance and database accuracy
Coordinate with internal support teams to resolve technical and operational issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Basic Hindi communication preferred
Good confidence speaking over phone calls
Strong computer and typing skills
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Comfortable using Google Maps and online research tools
Basic IT troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good time management and organisational skills
Fast learner with a positive attitude

Important Work Requirements

Screen sharing with camera turned on is mandatory throughout your working hours.

Please note the following:

Failure to share your screen within 30 minutes of your scheduled start time will result in a half-day deduction.
Failure to share both your screen and camera within 2 hours of your scheduled start time will be considered a day off.
A reliable PC/laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, professional headset, and quiet working environment are essential.

Education

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.

Experience

Data Entry: 1 year preferred
CRM or IT Support experience preferred
Telecalling or Admin Support experience preferred

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
