About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to manage delivery-related tickets and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with customers, internal teams, and logistics partners. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, communication, and working in a fast-paced operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage internal and external logistics support tickets from creation to closure.
Coordinate with customers regarding delivery status, delays, address updates, and rescheduling requests.
Liaise with courier partners to resolve delivery exceptions, NDRs, delayed shipments, RTOs, and other logistics issues.
Follow up with internal teams including Warehouse, Dispatch, Customer Support, and Technology for timely resolution of operational issues.
Track and monitor open tickets to ensure all issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, courier updates, and ticket resolutions.
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Logistics Lead for timely intervention.
Prepare daily reports on pending tickets, ageing, courier performance, and issue resolution.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and proactive follow-ups.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
Knowledge of courier operations or e-commerce logistics will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in customer support, logistics, operations, or back-office coordination.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
