ABOUT SATYAM TECHNOCRATS

Satyam Technocrats is an industrial automation solutions company specializing in Line Automation, End-of-Line Packaging, Industrial Robotics, PLC-Based Automation, and Machine Building Solutions. We work with manufacturing companies to develop customized automation systems that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to support our business development activities and expand Satyam Technocrats' customer base.

The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting outreach, following up with prospects, arranging customer meetings, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business.

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in B2B industrial sales and automation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Lead Generation & Business Development)

Identify potential customers in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, references, exhibitions, and online research.
Reach out to prospective customers and introduce Satyam's automation solutions.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements and business potential.
Schedule meetings and discussions with prospective customers.

Customer Interaction

Understand basic customer requirements and identify potential automation opportunities.
Coordinate with senior sales and technical teams for customer requirements.
Follow up with prospects regularly through calls, emails, and meetings.
Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Sales Support

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
Support the sales team throughout the enquiry-to-order process.

Market Development

Research manufacturing companies and identify new business opportunities.
Identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
Support market and competitor research.
Participate in exhibitions, industrial events, and customer visits when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in making calls and speaking with customers.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic understanding of sales and business development.
Good research and lead-generation abilities.
Willingness to learn technical products and industrial automation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate in BBA, BMS, MBA, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales may apply.
Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, engineering, or manufacturing will be an advantage.

Support conversion of enquiries into quotations and orders.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.

Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
