Accounts Manager – Real Estate

Company: Reputed Real Estate Company
Location: Shapoorji, New Town, AA 3, Kolkata
Position: Accounts Manager
Experience: 5–10 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 25k to 35k Per Month

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Accounts Manager to manage the company’s complete accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting practices, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and financial documentation, preferably within the Real Estate / Construction industry.

Our expertise spans across bungalows, residential flats, plots, and studio apartments, catering to diverse customer requirements. We are experts in both domestic as well as commercial real estate segments. Currently, we are developing one of the largest logistics hubs on Durgapur Expressway, Dankuni.

At Tollyworld Digital Services, we focus on delivering professional, customer-centric solutions while building strong, sustainable partnerships within the real estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Ledger & Journal Entries.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.
Prepare and monitor project-wise and company-wise financial statements.
Maintain proper records of property sales, customer collections, vendor payments, expenses, and project-related transactions.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and prepare regular ageing reports.
Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements, budget reports, and management reports.
Ensure timely reconciliation of customer accounts, vendor accounts, and bank accounts.
Supervise and review the work of junior accounting staff.
Assist management in financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate during internal and statutory audits and provide required documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Prior experience in Real Estate / Construction / Property Development will be highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Excellent command of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to independently manage the complete accounts function.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Should be disciplined, trustworthy, professional, and capable of handling confidential financial information.
