Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activities and help increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media, and the ability to coordinate marketing activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital & Social Media Marketing

Manage and update social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
Coordinate daily posts, stories, reels, product photos, and promotional content.
Assist in creating attractive marketing content for new arrivals, offers, festivals, and special campaigns.
Monitor customer engagement, comments, messages, and inquiries.
Maintain a consistent brand image across all digital platforms.

2. Content & Product Promotion

Collect product photos, videos, prices, and product details from stores/counters.
Coordinate with the photography/design team for product content.
Prepare captions, promotional messages, and basic marketing materials.
Ensure new arrivals and important products are promoted on time.
Support promotional campaigns for jewellery collections and special occasions.

3. Store & Counter Coordination

Coordinate with store/counter in-charges for new arrival updates and promotional requirements.
Follow up regularly to collect required product information and photos.
Communicate marketing instructions clearly to all relevant teams.
Track completion of marketing activities and deadlines.

4. Marketing Campaign Support

Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
Support festival campaigns, seasonal promotions, new collection launches, and special offers.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
Help prepare promotional materials such as posters, banners, WhatsApp creatives, and social media content.

5. Customer & Market Support

Monitor customer responses to marketing campaigns.
Collect customer feedback and share useful insights with the marketing team.
Observe competitor promotions, offers, social media activities, and market trends.
Assist in identifying new marketing opportunities.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of marketing activities and campaign schedules.
Prepare basic weekly/monthly marketing reports.
Track social media performance, engagement, inquiries, and campaign results.
Maintain an organized database of marketing content and product information.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work with deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, retail, jewellery, or FMCG is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in marketing may also be considered.

Timely execution of marketing activities.
Consistent social media posting and engagement.
Growth in social media reach and customer engagement.
Timely promotion of new arrivals and collections.
Number and quality of customer inquiries generated.
Successful execution of promotional campaigns.
Effective coordination with stores/counters.
Accuracy and timely submission of marketing reports.

The Marketing Assistant is expected to:

Follow up proactively without waiting for repeated instructions.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Represent the brand professionally.

Continuously learn new marketing and social media trends.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative, energetic, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. The candidate should have a strong interest in marketing, social media, customer engagement, and brand promotion.

Experience: 0–2 Years
Education: Any relevant Bachelor's Degree / Diploma
Employment: Full-Time
