Position: Telecaller – Real Estate

Department: Sales & Customer Support

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and experience handling inbound and outbound calls.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Calling

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated and self-generated leads.
Handle inbound inquiries related to residential, commercial, and plotted developments.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, offers, and amenities to prospective buyers.
Qualify customer requirements and identify genuine prospects.
Generate quality leads for the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate project information.
Follow up regularly with prospects until closure.
Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Handle customer objections effectively and convert inquiries into appointments.

Appointment & Site Visit Coordination

Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
Coordinate with customers and sales executives regarding appointment timings.
Confirm and remind customers about scheduled site visits.
Track customer attendance and follow up after site visits.

CRM & Data Management

Update customer interactions and call records in the CRM system.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
Ensure proper lead status updates after every interaction.
Prepare daily call reports and lead conversion reports.

Sales Support

Assist the sales team in achieving monthly booking and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality.
Support promotional campaigns and special sales events.
Follow up with customers regarding documentation and booking formalities.

Market Knowledge

Stay updated on project details, pricing, inventory, offers, and market trends.
Understand competitor projects and provide comparative information when required.
Keep updated on local real estate developments and customer preferences.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
Knowledge of CRM software and lead management.
Customer service and objection-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
Good listening and follow-up skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Diploma or certification in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, Customer Support Executive, or Inside Sales Executive in the Real Estate industry.
Experience in residential, commercial, villa, apartment, or plotted development sales is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate sales processes.
