Travel Consultant – International Travel Sales & Growth Opportunity

Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: Delhi NCR

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, confident and growth-oriented Travel Consultant who can understand clients' travel requirements, suggest the right travel solutions and successfully convert leads into bookings.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable international and domestic travel packages.

This is not just a regular sales position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with TRIPTOKART, take ownership, develop leadership skills and eventually take responsibility for managing a team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming travel leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
Understand the client's travel requirements, budget, preferences, duration and expectations.
Prepare and suggest customized travel itineraries and packages according to client requirements.
Explain package inclusions, hotels, flights, sightseeing, transfers, activities, visas and other travel services.
Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients while maintaining company margins.
Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the operations team, hotels, airlines, DMCs and other vendors whenever required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and conversions.
Achieve individual monthly sales and conversion targets.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals and upselling.
Handle client objections professionally and convert them into opportunities.
Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed bookings to the operations team.
