Full job description

We are one of the top most reputed organization in Coimbatore in Real Estate and Construction Industry. We are building the team and looking for a Telecallers.

A Telecaller – Sales is responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective customers, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

o Contact potential customers through outbound calls.

o Generate new leads from databases, digital campaigns, referrals, and other sources.

o Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.

2. Customer Interaction

o Explain the company's real estate and construction projects, features, pricing, and payment plans.

o Answer customer queries professionally and accurately.

o Build rapport with prospective buyers and maintain a positive customer experience.

3. Lead Qualification

o Assess customer interest, budget, preferred location, and investment objectives.

o Classify leads based on their readiness to purchase.

o Update lead status in the CRM system.

4. Appointment & Site Visit Coordination

o Schedule appointments for customers with Sales Executives.

o Coordinate and confirm site visits.

o Send reminders and ensure customer attendance.

5. Follow-up Activities

o Regularly follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.

o Re-engage inactive or lost leads.

o Maintain continuous communication until closure.

6. CRM Management

o Record customer interactions accurately.

o Update customer information and follow-up schedules.

o Maintain complete and organized customer records.

7. Sales Support

o Assist the sales team by providing qualified leads.

o Coordinate with marketing for campaign-generated inquiries.

o Share customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

8. Customer Relationship Management

o Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.

o Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries.

o Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

9. Target Achievement

o Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

o Achieve lead generation and appointment booking goals.

o Contribute to overall sales revenue targets.

10. Market Intelligence

o Stay updated on company projects, competitor offerings, and market trends.

o Share customer insights with management.

Daily Activities

· Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

· Attend inbound inquiries.

· Schedule and confirm site visits.

· Follow up with existing prospects.

· Update CRM and prepare daily call reports.

· Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Number of outbound calls made.

· Qualified leads generated.

· Appointments/site visits scheduled.

· Site visit conversion rate.

· Customer follow-up completion rate.

· Sales conversions from assigned leads.

· Customer satisfaction and response time.

· CRM data accuracy.

· Monthly target achievement.

Required Skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Fluent in English and the local language(s).

· Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

· Basic knowledge of real estate and construction projects.

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

· 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales is desirable.

· Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
