About the Role

We are looking for high-energy, target-driven Sales Professionals to join our Immigration Sales team as Global Career Consultants – Inside Sales.

This is a B2C consultative sales role involving inbound and outbound calling, lead conversion, customer counselling, follow-ups, objection handling and closure.

You will engage with individuals interested in immigration, overseas careers, permanent residency, work permits and international opportunities, understand their requirements and recommend suitable Y-Axis services.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Conversion

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements, career objectives and overseas aspirations.
Counsel customers on relevant immigration and overseas career opportunities.
Present and recommend appropriate Y-Axis products and services.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales through consultative selling.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

Outbound Calling & Follow-up

Make regular outbound calls to assigned leads and prospects.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
Build rapport and maintain continuous engagement throughout the sales cycle.
Identify customer intent, urgency and buying potential.
Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.

Objection Handling & Closing

Understand customer concerns and handle objections confidently.
Explain the value proposition of Y-Axis services and address customer queries.
Negotiate effectively while maintaining customer trust.
Drive customers towards a clear buying decision.
Take ownership of the sales cycle from lead engagement to closure.

CRM & Sales Discipline

Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM.
Record calls, follow-ups, opportunities and sales forecasts.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of active prospects.
Ensure timely follow-up on all open opportunities.
Work closely with team leaders and internal teams to maximise conversions.

Immigration Knowledge

Develop a strong understanding of Y-Axis immigration and overseas career products.
Stay updated on relevant immigration programs, visa pathways and country-specific requirements.
Provide accurate information within the scope of the role and ensure customers receive appropriate guidance.

What We're Looking ForExperience

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, outbound sales, B2C sales, counselling or a target-driven customer-facing role.

Candidates from BPO, International Voice, Insurance, EdTech, Fintech, Banking, Travel, Real Estate and other high-volume sales environments are welcome.
