Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Role Summary: The Content Strategist will lead the planning, organization, governance, and prioritization of content required for the new B2B portal. This resource will partner closely with the Brand, Trade Promotion, Marketing, and business teams to define what content is needed, identify gaps, consolidate existing assets, and establish a clear roadmap for content readiness and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a structured content strategy for the B2B portal that aligns with business priorities, brand standards, user needs, and promotional objectives.
Partner with Brand and Trade Promotion teams to understand required site assets, product content, campaign materials, merchandising content, and supporting documentation.
Conduct a content inventory and gap assessment across existing materials, including copy, imagery, product data, promotional assets, banners, landing page content, and downloadable resources.
Define content taxonomy, naming conventions, metadata needs, and organizational structures to make assets easy to locate, manage, and reuse.
Create content briefs, requirements, and prioritization guidance for the Content Producer and other contributors.
Establish governance standards for content quality, brand consistency, tone of voice, approvals, version control, and publishing readiness.
Build and manage an editorial or production roadmap that tracks content needs, owners, dependencies, status, and deadlines.
Identify risks, blockers, duplicate content, outdated materials, and gaps that could impact portal launch readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content supports the customer journey, product discovery, merchandising, promotions, and conversion goals.
Provide recommendations for ongoing content maintenance after launch, including refresh cadence, ownership model, and performance measurement.
Required Experience and Skills
10+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, ecommerce, B2B marketing, product content, or content operations.
Experience supporting ecommerce, B2B portals, customer portals, distributor portals, or digital product catalogs preferred.
Strong ability to organize complex content ecosystems, including product copy, digital assets, promotional content, and brand materials.
Experience performing content audits, gap analyses, content mapping, editorial planning, or content governance.
Ability to translate business needs into clear content requirements and actionable production briefs.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across marketing, brand, trade promotion, sales, product, and technology teams.
Excellent written communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with content management systems, digital asset management tools, product information management systems, or ecommerce platforms is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced launch environment

Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
