01 01The actual work What will you actually do as a HR Generalist at CryptoMize? 01 Oversee the daily operations of the people function — recruitment support, onboarding, records, and employee-relations handling across teams 02 Run the rolling-intake machinery: pipeline hygiene, interview logistics, and candidate experience at continuous volume 03 Activate surge hiring when large engagements are won — mobilizing the applicant database to staff time-sensitive projects on deadline 04 Administer onboarding, benefits coordination, and the policy framework employees actually rely on 05 Support organizational guidelines and procedures — recommending strategies that motivate and retain across role families 06 Handle confidential employee-relations matters with the judgment and discretion a people function demands 07 Run the offer-velocity loop during surges: screening sprint to accepted offer measured in days, without breaking the candidate experience or the compliance frame 08 Own people-metrics reporting: pipeline health, time-to-fill, and conversion — the numbers leadership staffs the engine by 09 Keep the compliance frame current across every process you run: records, policies, and communications that would satisfy an audit without notice ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES As an HR Generalist at CryptoMize you will assist with all internal and external people-related matters: organizing and managing recruitment and benefits, conducting onboarding, administering payroll-adjacent records, and supporting employees when HR issues arise with efficient, discreet problem-solving. You will participate in developing organizational guidelines and recommend strategies that motivate and retain across the role families we staff continuously. You will own the operational core of our always-hiring model — pipeline hygiene, interview logistics, and candidate experience at rolling volume — and the surge protocols that activate the applicant database when a large engagement is won and staffing becomes time-critical.
