HR Executive
Noida, India

Open Limits is a fast-moving digital agency focused on Software development, Performance Marketing and building strong internal ai automation systems. Our team is practical, execution-focused, and growing quickly. This role is for someone who can manage hiring work responsibly, communicate clearly with candidates, maintain proper records, and support day-to-day HR coordination with ownership and attention to detail.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an HR Executive at Open Limits, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment, candidate communication, interview scheduling, employee coordination, documentation, and basic HR operations. You will help shortlist candidates, manage hiring trackers, coordinate interviews, follow up with applicants, and maintain organized records. This role is suitable for someone who is serious, responsible, organized, and interested in growing in HR and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage recruitment activities for different roles at Open Limits
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and application quality
- Contact candidates through email, calls, WhatsApp, or job platforms
- Schedule virtual and in-office interviews with the team
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate records, interview status, and follow-up details
- Coordinate with internal team members for role requirements and interview feedback
- Share interview links, job details, and updates with candidates
- Collect resumes, portfolios, work samples, and required documents
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, and basic HR operations
- Prepare HR reports, lists, and updates when required
- Ensure proper communication, follow-ups, and timely completion of assigned HR tasks

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, HR coordination, and candidate handling
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail, Google Docs, and basic computer tools
- Ability to manage data accurately with strong attention to detail
- Good coordination, follow-up, and task management skills
- Ability to speak professionally with candidates and internal team members
- Responsible, punctual, organized, and serious about work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or agency environment

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, admin, or operations
- Experience hiring for digital agency roles such as developers, designers, marketers, - editors, or assistants
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, or hiring platforms
- Ability to write clear candidate messages, job descriptions, and follow-up emails
- Experience maintaining hiring sheets, interview trackers, and employee records
- Ability to identify serious and suitable candidates quickly
- Good understanding of interview coordination and candidate screening
- Willingness to learn HR systems, hiring processes, and company operations

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Full-time, in-office role in Noida
- Salary: Depends on skills and experience
- Must be comfortable with candidate communication and hiring coordination
- Strong ownership, accuracy, fast execution, and clear communication are expected
- Candidate should be serious, responsible, organized, and interested in long-term growth
- Willingness to complete a small practical task as part of the hiring process
