Accounts Executive

Company: Xcelerate Business Advisory LLP
Job Type: Permanent | Work From Home
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹2.5 LPA
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Working Hours: 4pm to 1am

About the Role

Xcelerate Business Advisory LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting and financial processes for Xcelerate and its global clients, with opportunities to work on international accounting practices and financial systems.

You will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting client accounting operations, and ensuring smooth Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, and bookkeeping processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
Handle invoicing and billing, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including collections and payment tracking.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including vendor payments and payment runs.
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth payment and collection cycles.
Support data migration between different accounting software and maintain proper financial data management.
Maintain records in an organized manner to ensure audit readiness.
Support financial reporting and provide accurate information for business decision-making.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Knowledge of Xero, NetSuite, or Zoho Books will be an advantage.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work with international clients.
Understanding of UK and US accounting standards/practices will be an advantage.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Familiarity with international accounting practices is an added advantage.
