Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Systems Executive who can independently manage the company's computers, hardware, networking, servers, domain, CCTV, EPABX, software systems and day-to-day IT infrastructure.
This is NOT a customer-service, voice-process, BPO, online calling, or software-development position.
The candidate should be someone who is comfortable physically setting up computers, installing operating systems and software, configuring networks, managing servers and domains, troubleshooting hardware, handling CCTV and EPABX systems, and implementing technology that reduces manual work and improves business efficiency.
The person should be capable of handling IT requirements from purchase → installation → configuration → maintenance → troubleshooting → documentation.
Key Responsibilities1. Computer Hardware & System Setup
- Assess computer/laptop requirements for employees and departments.
- Recommend suitable hardware specifications based on job requirements and budget.
- Handle PC procurement, assembly/building, installation and configuration.
- Set up new PCs, laptops, monitors, printers and other peripherals.
- Install and configure:
- Windows OS
- Drivers
- Office applications
- Antivirus/security software
- Business applications
- Required utilities and tools
- Configure new employee systems and make them ready for use.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Handle RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, power supply, peripherals and other basic hardware replacements.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets.
2. Server & Domain Management
The candidate should have practical knowledge of server administration and domain management.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage company servers and server-related infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain Windows Server / Linux Server, as applicable.
- Manage Domain Controller / Active Directory.
- Create and manage:
- User accounts
- Groups
- Permissions
- Access rights
- Password policies
- Manage company domain and DNS-related requirements.
- Configure file/folder sharing and access permissions.
- Manage centralized user access across systems.
- Monitor server performance, storage and availability.
- Maintain regular backups and assist with data recovery.
- Troubleshoot server, network and domain-related issues.
- Maintain proper server documentation.
3. Networking & Internet Infrastructure
- Set up and maintain office LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot:
- Routers
- Switches
- Wi-Fi
- Access Points
- Network cables
- Firewalls
- Printers
- Manage IP addressing and basic network configuration.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity and internal network problems.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers when required.
- Maintain network security and access controls.
- Ensure stable connectivity between departments and locations.
4. CCTV Surveillance System
The candidate should have practical knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include:
- Install and configure CCTV systems.
- Manage DVR/NVR systems.
- Configure IP cameras and network cameras.
- Configure remote CCTV viewing.
- Troubleshoot camera, recording and connectivity issues.
- Manage CCTV storage and recording settings.
- Coordinate with CCTV vendors/technicians when required.
- Maintain CCTV system documentation.
5. EPABX / Telephone System
The candidate should have knowledge of EPABX – Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Install, configure and maintain EPABX systems.
- Configure extensions and internal numbers.
- Manage incoming/outgoing call routing.
- Configure extensions for different departments.
- Troubleshoot telephone lines, extensions and connectivity.
- Coordinate with telecom/EPABX vendors when required.
- Maintain records of extensions and telephone infrastructure.
6. Software & Business Systems
The candidate should not only troubleshoot existing software but also identify opportunities to reduce manual work through technology.
Responsibilities include:
- Install, configure and maintain company software.
- Evaluate software/tools that can improve operational efficiency.
- Identify repetitive manual processes that can be automated.
- Recommend suitable software solutions to management.
- Assist departments in implementing digital workflows.
- Configure user access and permissions.
- Coordinate with software vendors for implementation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain software licenses and renewal records.

- Monitor suspicious system/network activity.
- Ensure employees follow basic IT security practices.
- Maintain backup and recovery procedures.
8. IT Asset & Vendor Management
- Maintain complete records of computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, CCTV equipment and other IT assets.
- Track purchase dates, warranties and service requirements.
- Coordinate with hardware/software vendors.
- Obtain quotations and compare technical specifications.
- Assist management in selecting suitable IT equipment.
- Monitor AMC/service contracts.
- Maintain IT purchase and maintenance documentation.
9. Employee IT Support
- Provide hands-on internal IT support to employees.
- Install and configure systems for new employees.
- Troubleshoot computer, printer, network, email and software issues.
- Resolve IT issues at the user's workstation when required.
- Provide basic IT training to employees.
- Ensure employees have the required systems and access to perform their work.
