About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive who can drive the promotion and sales of our SaaS/HR technology product. The ideal candidate will combine digital marketing, B2B sales, lead generation, and relationship-building skills to identify prospective organizations, connect with decision-makers, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B digital marketing and sales strategies to promote our software product.
Identify and approach CEOs, Founders, HR Heads, CHROs, Business Heads, and other key decision-makers across target organizations.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, online research, networking, and other digital channels.
Conduct product presentations and online software demonstrations for prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and business stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to demo, negotiation, and closure.
Develop targeted campaigns to increase product awareness, website traffic, demo bookings, and customer acquisition.
Research competitors, target markets, industry trends, and potential customer segments.
Create engaging marketing content including LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, product presentations, brochures, case studies, and promotional content.
Work closely with the product and technical teams to understand product features and effectively communicate their business value.
Maintain lead and customer information using CRM platforms and regularly track sales activities and pipeline.
Monitor campaign and sales performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Explore partnerships, referral opportunities, industry events, webinars, and other channels to expand market reach.

Required Skills

MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing.
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, business development, or software/SaaS product sales.
Proven experience selling or promoting software products, SaaS platforms, HRMS/HRTech, or technology solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong ability to communicate with senior-level decision-makers and business leaders.
Experience in lead generation, prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship management.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, follow-up, and closing skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and present appropriate product solutions.

Digital Marketing & Technology Skills

Hands-on experience with some of the following tools will be an advantage:

LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Google Ads & Google Analytics
Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads
HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM
Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot Marketing, or similar email marketing platforms
Canva / Adobe Express for marketing creatives
ChatGPT / Gemini / Claude and AI-powered marketing tools
SEO and keyword research tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console
Marketing automation and lead-generation platforms
Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides for product presentations
