Job Description

Are you a results-driven financial sales professional with strong networking skills? Karv Capital is looking for ambitious Relationship Managers on a Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contractual basis to join our team remotely.

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) / elite clientele, generating leads, and converting them into long-term wealth management clients by offering Mutual Funds and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify, network with, and pitch wealth management solutions to elite-class clients, Ultra-HNIs, and affluent families.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively source investment leads and guide prospects through the onboarding and investment journey.
Financial Advisory: Assess client financial profiles and recommend suitable Mutual Fund schemes and PMS strategies aligned with their investment goals.
Relationship Management: Maintain high-touch ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and portfolio growth.
Compliance & Company Norms: Adhere strictly to SEBI regulations, industry guidelines, and Karv Capital's internal compliance standards.

Full-Time Role:
Fixed Base Salary + Attractive Variable Incentives

Part-Time / Contractual Role:
Incentive-Only Model (Uncapped)
Earning Potential: High-performing part-time advisors can earn up to ₹1,000,000 (1 Lakh+) per month based on lead conversion volume and AUM (Assets Under Management) generated.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 1+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, Private Banking, or Insurance / Mutual Fund sales.
Target Audience Focus: Proven ability or existing network to connect with High-Net-Worth (HNI) / Elite class clients.
Product Knowledge: Good understanding of Mutual Fund products, Asset Classes, and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).
Certifications (Preferred): Valid NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors Certification) or relevant financial industry certifications.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong persuasive skills, and professional phone/video etiquette.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
