Full job description

We are seeking a responsible, organised and dependable Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and field operations of a real estate company. This is an office-and-field role involving substantial work outside the office. The selected candidate must be prepared to travel regularly within Kolkata and nearby areas and carry out outside-office assignments as instructed by the management.

Key Responsibilities:-

· Assist with routine office administration and coordinate with the accounts, legal, purchase, CRM, construction and other departments, as required.
· Maintain systematic records of incoming and outgoing documents, couriers, files, bills and official correspondence.
· Carry out substantial outside-office work as instructed by the management, including regular visits to project sites, vendors, banks, government offices and other locations.
· Submit, deliver and collect documents, payments, materials, approvals, correspondence and other items, ensuring that each field assignment is completed safely and on time.
· Support management with official coordination, follow-ups, scheduling, errands and other assigned tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
· Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, data entry, document organisation, office supplies and general office upkeep.
· Undertake local purchases, submit bills and supporting documents, and maintain proper records of expenses or payments handled.
· Use MS Office, Google Workspace, Google Drive, email and internet-based tools for basic data entry, tracking, reporting and communication.
· Follow up with employees, consultants, vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
· Ride a two-wheeler for official field assignments; possession of a valid two-wheeler driving licence and confidence in riding are mandatory.
· Comply with company policies, safety requirements and management instructions while performing office and field duties.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
· Age between 25 and 32 years.
· Prior experience in office administration, real estate, construction or a similar support role will be preferred.
· Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, email, Google Drive and internet applications.
· Good communication, follow-up, coordination and record-keeping skills.
· Honest, punctual, disciplined, well-mannered and capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
· Must be willing and able to undertake frequent outside-office assignments and local field visits in and around Kolkata, as instructed by the management.
· Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and be confident and experienced in riding a two-wheeler. This is a mandatory requirement.
· Preferably residing within 45-60 minutes' travelling distance of Salt Lake, Sector V.
Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 per month
