Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Social Media Manager who can combine strategic marketing thinking with AI and automation.
This is not a traditional social media management role.
You will be responsible for building AI-driven content systems that manage the complete social media lifecycle—from research and content ideation to creation, publishing, engagement, analytics, and continuous optimization.
Rather than manually creating every piece of content, your responsibility will be to design scalable AI workflows that consistently produce high-quality content while maintaining our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Powered Content Systems
- Design, build, and optimize AI agents that support content research, ideation, writing, visual generation, publishing, engagement, and reporting.
- Build scalable workflows that automate repetitive marketing tasks while maintaining high-quality output.
- Continuously improve AI prompts, content frameworks, and automation workflows.
- Identify new opportunities where AI can improve marketing efficiency and creativity.
Content Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build monthly and quarterly content calendars.
- Identify content opportunities based on market trends, audience behavior, and business priorities.
- Create educational, thought leadership, product, and community-driven content across multiple platforms.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms where relevant.
- Plan, publish, and optimize content for each platform.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond where appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns that support product launches, hiring, employer branding, and business growth.
Analytics & Growth
- Track key performance indicators including:
o Reach
o Engagement Rate
o Follower Growth
o Content Performance
o Click-Through Rate
o Lead Generation
o Conversion Metrics
- Build performance dashboards and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct content experiments and continuously optimize strategy based on results.
- Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging AI marketing tools.
Collaboration
- Work closely with founders, sales, and product teams to translate business initiatives into compelling content.
- Support employer branding and company storytelling.
- Maintain organized content libraries, brand assets, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand, company, or personal brand with measurable growth.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
- Strong prompt writing skills and the ability to build AI-assisted content workflows.
- Experience using scheduling and social media management platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI agents or automated content pipelines.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and AI integrations.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar creative tools.
- Experience producing content across text, image, and video formats.
- Experience working in startups or high-growth technology companies.
Success in This Role
Within your first 90 days, you will be expected to:
- Build AI-powered workflows that automate a significant portion of the content creation and publishing process.
- Establish a structured content strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Improve engagement and audience growth across key platforms.
- Develop reusable AI systems that consistently produce high-quality content.
- Deliver measurable improvements in marketing efficiency through automation and data-driven optimization.
