Full job description

Position: Facility Executive
Department: Administration
Reports To: Admin Manager / School Administrator

1. Housekeeping Management

Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of classrooms, washrooms, corridors, offices, playgrounds, and common areas.
Conduct daily inspections and maintain cleanliness checklists.
Ensure housekeeping staff maintain proper grooming and discipline.

2. Security Coordination

Supervise security personnel and ensure proper deployment.
Monitor visitor entry and exit procedures.
Ensure gate management and visitor records are maintained.
Coordinate with the security agency for manpower requirements.

3. Facility Readiness

Ensure classrooms, offices, and common areas are ready before the start of school each day.
Coordinate room setup for meetings, examinations, events, and school activities.
Ensure furniture and fixtures are arranged and maintained properly.

4. Maintenance Coordination

Receive maintenance complaints from departments.
Coordinate with vendors or maintenance technicians for timely resolution.
Track pending complaints and ensure timely closure.
Maintain a maintenance complaint register.

5. Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with housekeeping, security, pest control, drinking water, and other facility service vendors.
Verify completion of work and maintain service records.
Ensure vendor attendance and service quality.

6. Consumables & Inventory

Monitor stock of housekeeping materials and cleaning supplies.
Raise requisitions for consumables as required.
Maintain stock registers and issue records.

7. Event & Logistics Support

Coordinate seating arrangements, furniture movement, and venue preparation for school events.
Ensure event areas are clean and ready before and after programs.
Provide logistical support for examinations, parent meetings, and school functions.

8. Safety & Compliance

Ensure emergency exits remain clear at all times.
Conduct routine checks of fire extinguishers and first-aid kits and report deficiencies.
Report any safety hazards immediately to the Administration.

9. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain housekeeping, security, maintenance, and visitor records.
Prepare daily and monthly facility reports.
Maintain vendor attendance and service records.

10. Customer Service

Respond promptly to facility-related requests from staff, students, and parents.
Ensure issues are resolved within the defined turnaround time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
