Job Description: Manager – Human Resources (HR)

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly competent, dynamic, and hands-on Manager – Human Resources to take complete ownership of the HR and administrative ecosystems across all our locations. This role is based out of our Noida manufacturing unit, but carries full multi-site responsibility for managing the HR lifecycle of all management and retail showroom staff across Delhi.
The ideal candidate will seamlessly bridge modern, tech-driven recruitment with robust statutory compliance, performance management, operational discipline, and factory floor administration.
Key Responsibilities & KRAs
1. End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management
Talent Framework: Direct the entire lifecycle of management staff from initial manpower planning, recruitment, selection, structured induction, and joining formalities through to performance evaluation and exit/separation procedures.
Screening & Evaluation: Personally conduct first-round interviews for all management and retail roles, thoroughly populate the Interview Evaluation Sheets, and collaborate closely with the Head of HR/Top Management for final-round selection.
Separation: Handle smooth offboarding and oversee the prompt, compliant execution of Full & Final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees.
2. Innovative & Digital Recruitment
Modern Sourcing: Move beyond traditional channels by leveraging digital and social media networks like LinkedIn to source mid-to-senior corporate and boutique retail talent.
App-Based Hiring: Utilize newly launched, agile recruitment platforms and mobile apps (e.g., WorkIndia, Apna, Hireact) to aggressively optimize sourcing speeds, maximize candidate pipelines, and control hiring costs.
Background Verification: Personally oversee and drive strict reference checks for all newly selected candidates prior to formal onboarding to safeguard brand integrity.
3. Performance Management System (PMS) & Data Analysis
PMS Implementation: Roll out and manage the company-wide Performance Management System to align departmental performance with business goals.
Performance Churning: Audit productivity data closely to ensure only high-performing, quality talent remains in the system. Actively manage the regular churning of underproductive workers.
Leadership Reporting: Compile monthly performance dashboards and departmental progress reports, feeding them directly to the Managing Director (MD) and the top management team.
Organizational Hierarchy: Maintain, communicate, and preserve structural discipline and clear reporting lines across all factory and retail verticals.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Statutory Compliance
Payroll Processing: Own the end-to-end salary and compensation preparation for all management and store employees, maintaining flawless records of leaves, absences, and attendance.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure absolute compliance with Indian labor laws, specifically managing the administrative aspects of Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, the Shops & Establishment Act, the Minimum Wages Act, and other applicable industrial/retail frameworks.
Daily Attendance: Prepare and publish the daily morning attendance sheet across designated management communication groups to maintain immediate, visible baseline discipline.
5. Facility Administration, Legal & Housekeeping
Cross-Functional Oversight: Manage localized plant and store administrative duties, including the procurement, budgeting, and distribution of staff Uniforms.
Housekeeping & Cleanliness: Directly supervise housekeeping teams to guarantee that premium standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across all business premises.
Budgetary Controls: Track, compile, and analyze all administrative and HR expenditures to implement data-driven cost-control measures.
Legal & Contracts: Draft, solidify, and audit employment agreements, labor contracts, and legal documentation to safeguard the company’s legal rights. Provide preliminary opinions and briefing notes on labor disputes or internal compliance matters.
Floor Engagement: Regularly walk the production and corporate floors, engaging directly with team members to resolve operational friction points early.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Experience: 7–12 years of core HR experience. Exposure to a multi-site ecosystem connecting manufacturing units with retail operations (e.g., in apparel, luxury retail, export houses, or FMGC sectors) will be highly valued.
Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA in HR), Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), or Master’s in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PM&IR). A secondary qualification or strong foundational exposure to Labor Laws is a distinct plus.
Technical Skillset: Complete comfort utilizing new-age digital recruitment portals/apps (LinkedIn, Apna, Hireact, WorkIndia). High proficiency in HRIS/Payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.

High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, and readiness to travel periodically to Delhi showrooms.
Location & Logistics
Primary Worksite: Noida Plant (Sector 8).
Operational Scope: Noida Plant + Delhi Retail Showrooms (Mehrauli & Chandni Chowk).
