Requirments:

1–4+ years of professional experience in social media content creation, video editing, graphic design, or content strategy

Job Description / Key Qualifications

Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts as content formats — not just platforms
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what makes content stop a scroll
Ability to manage multiple projects and brands in parallel without dropping quality
Clear communication and ability to work within structured briefs and feedback cycles
A portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant social content work.
Able to use Premiere Pro, CapCut

Qualification:

Cut and edit short-form video content (15–90 sec) optimized for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Apply motion graphics, captions, sound design, and trending audio
Work from creative briefs to deliver platform-ready content on tight turnarounds
Maintain brand consistency across 10 consumer brands simultaneously
Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback from social leads
Develop content angles, hooks, and narrative structures for short-form video scripts
Write detailed briefs that give editors and designers everything they need
Monitor platform trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and translate them into brand-relevant ideas
Conduct competitive research and identify content gaps and opportunities per brand
Collaborate with analytics on what's working and build on high-performing formats

Full time - From 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
