Our People Experience (PX) team leads PowerSchool's human-resources function, equipping and encouraging PowerSchoolers to reach their potential while driving business results. The PX team manages the organization's global workforce infrastructure; supports the overall employee experience; and attracts, develops, and retains talent.
Responsibilities:
This role sits within the broader People Experience ecosystem and provides critical operational and administrative support to leadership. The incumbent will play a key role in enabling leadership effectiveness by managing priorities, coordination, and execution across stakeholders, teams, and initiatives.
You would be responsible for providing proactive, high‑quality executive and administrative support. This role applies standard administrative and coordination practices with moderate supervision, exercises sound judgment, and manages day‑to‑day responsibilities with growing independence.
You would partner closely with the supported leader and key stakeholders to manage schedules, information flow, communications, and logistics, ensuring priorities are executed smoothly and efficiently. The role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:

Managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements, including coordination across multiple time zones and stakeholders.

Serving as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and information flow with professionalism and discretion.

Managing administrative processes end‑to‑end, including documentation, expense tracking, approvals, records management, and follow‑ups.

Working closely with the India Operating Committee & India SLT to support governance forums, leadership meetings, engagement priorities, and follow‑up actions.

Coordinating and managing logistics for leadership meetings, reviews, offsites, town halls, and events (virtual and in‑person).

Providing project and program management support for India‑specific & PX initiatives, ensuring structured planning, timely execution, and follow‑through on deliverables.

Program‑managing SPIRIT, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and employee engagement initiatives for India, coordinating activities, calendars, communications, and logistics.

Tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks across engagement programs and leadership initiatives, escalating issues and enabling timely decision‑making.

Coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of people, culture, and engagement programs across the India organization.

Tracks action items, deadlines, and commitments across stakeholders, ensuring timely follow‑through and closure.

Proactively manages competing priorities and shifting demands, escalating issues and risks appropriately.

Maintains systems, trackers, and dashboards to enable visibility, organization, and effective work management.

Identifies opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows and recommends practical enhancements.

Handles sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity and care.

Builds effective working relationships across teams to support collaboration and smooth execution.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of relevant and related work experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and logistics simultaneously with attention to detail.

Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
-
Demonstrated ability to apply standard administrative practices independently with moderate supervision.

Travel occasionally, up to 5-10%, for key moments such as team summits, training, conferences, etc., with increased frequency during peak periods based on business demands.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Proficiency with standard business tools (calendar management, documents, presentations, spreadsheets).

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships.
