Develop creative, engaging, and high-level social media strategies aligned with overall brand goals.
Serve as a decisive, motivating, and open-minded team leader, keeping the entire creative department—designers, editors, creators, and shooters—perfectly aligned and highly productive.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to seamlessly bridge the gap between internal team execution, external client expectations, and influencer collaborations.
Maintain an incredibly sharp, modern aesthetic eye to instantly judge whether a graphic layout or edited reel meets current premium industry standards.
Display expert knowledge in page aesthetics, visual branding, grid layout management, color theories, and typography/font pairings to maintain a flawless, high-end profile look.
Define, protect, and enforce the specific tone of voice, personality, and vibe of the brand page across all published materials.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of audience psychology, consumer behavior, and the mechanics of what makes a piece of short-form video content go viral.
Maintain a highly proactive, agile, and available mindset, remaining always active and ready to deliver or troubleshoot content needs at any time.
Maintain advanced, hands-on operational knowledge of Meta Business Suite to oversee scheduling, page health, cross-platform publishing, and incoming messages.
Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using Meta Business Suite Insights and native Instagram/Facebook analytics tools.
Oversee, plan, and approve content across different platforms, ensuring the dedicated Posting Manager executes the schedule flawlessly.
Oversee the day-to-day management of all social media channels, specifically focusing on the Meta ecosystem (Facebook and Instagram).
Create engaging multimedia content briefs and effectively outsource or delegate production to your internal creative team.
Maintain practical, hands-on knowledge of graphic and video editing tools to personally update flyers, reels, or banners during emergency circumstances or tight deadlines.
Function as the primary director for the Campaign Shoot Team, managing everything from visual concepts and storyboarding to on-set execution.
Lead communication, negotiation, and relationship management with influencers, directing them closely to ensure their content meets campaign guidelines.
Develop, launch, and manage new competitions, giveaways, and interactive campaigns that promote the organization and brand.
Undertake detailed audience research to identify the target demographic's preferences, behaviors, and shifting online habits.
Manage and facilitate social media communities by overseeing the response to posts, direct messages, and comments to build active discussions.
Possess in-depth, expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager to oversee paid campaign structures and maximize ad spend efficiency.
Research and evaluate the latest digital trends, platform algorithm updates, and tools to find better ways of measuring social media activity.
Analyze competitor activity, content performance, and market positioning on a regular basis.
Recommend continuous creative and strategic improvements to increase organic reach, follower retention, and conversions.
Set clear, measurable targets to increase overall brand awareness and boost active customer engagement metrics.
Manage and allocate designated budgets for social media activities, campaign shoots, and influencer partnerships.
Educate internal staff, cross-functional teams, and company leadership on social media best practices and emerging digital trends.
Encourage smooth collaboration across teams and departments, aligning social strategies with product, sales, or event schedules.
Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls, or face-to-face meetings to present strategies and results.
