We are hiring. Join Coloplast India on a 6-month journey to make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract) to support our Ostomy Care and Advanced Wound Care business during a key phase of growth and innovation.

Essential Duties

Provides a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Marketing Department.
Coordinates customer meetings including advisory boards, focus groups, speaker events, education sessions.
Coordinate and assist Head of Marketing for marketing activities in internal events like National Sales Meetings/Quarterly Sales meeting/Ostomy Days/LeadCon/Ostomy Insights/Ostomy Crucible and Onboarding programs
Responsible for maintaining the inventory of marketing materials.
Ensures timely dispatch of samples and marketing material as planned or needed.
Translates global documents to local language.
Maintain the database of marketing events such ISP/CME/Conferences etc, in terms of number of events and cost.
Ensures sanity check of all invoices received from sales team against execution of marketing activities and seek timely approval from Head of Marketing for further processing to accounts department.
Various projects as assigned to support the Marketing teams.
Work closely with Marketing Manager-OC, Product Manager-WTR, Digital Marketing Manager for general administration tasks on a regular basis including coordination vendors.
Ensures compliance with Coloplast code of conduct at all times.
Develops and maintains productive cross-functional relationships to share knowledge and leverage synergies within the organization.

Education and Experience

Preferably a science graduate and MBA Marketing
2-4 years including relevant exposure in similar role
Experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative position
Experience in multiple software packages including graphics, supported by expertise in AI, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with management and peers
