We specialize in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Performance Marketing, Social Media Management, Website Development, Google Business Profile Optimization, Branding, and Online Reputation Management.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our execution team, coordinate with clients, and ensure the successful delivery of multiple digital marketing projects.

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital marketing operations across multiple client accounts.

The role requires strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of SEO and Social Media Marketing, the ability to manage internal teams, and confidence in interacting directly with clients.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a digital marketing agency and should be capable of independently handling project execution, client communication, reporting, and basic performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

Lead and supervise the SEO Executive, Social Media Executive, and Graphic Design Team.
Allocate daily and weekly tasks while ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Monitor the quality and accuracy of work before it is delivered to clients.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and resolve bottlenecks.
Ensure smooth coordination between content, design, SEO, and paid advertising teams.

Client Account Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
Build long-term professional relationships with clients through proactive communication.
Attend client meetings both online and in person whenever required.

Client Onboarding & Platform Access

Coordinate with clients to obtain access to:
Meta Business Manager
Facebook & Instagram Pages
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Google Business Profile
Website CMS
Other digital assets required for campaign execution
Guide clients remotely through screen sharing or video calls to grant required permissions.
Visit client offices when remote access or onboarding is not feasible.

SEO Management

Plan and supervise On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO activities.
Review keyword research and content strategy.
Monitor keyword rankings, website performance, and technical issues.
Coordinate with content writers and designers for SEO implementation.
Ensure timely execution of monthly SEO deliverables.

Social Media Management

Oversee the creation of monthly social media content calendars.
Review creative briefs before assigning work to the graphic design team.
Ensure timely publishing of posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Maintain quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all client accounts.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

Prepare and review monthly SEO reports.
Prepare and review monthly Social Media performance reports.
Present campaign performance and insights to clients.
Track KPIs and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Ensure all reports are accurate, data-driven, and submitted within agreed timelines.

Performance Marketing

The candidate should possess working knowledge of:

Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
Campaign creation
Audience targeting
Budget allocation
Performance monitoring
Basic campaign optimization

While advanced expertise is not mandatory, the candidate should be capable of independently managing primary-level advertising campaigns and coordinating with senior specialists when required.

Process Improvement

Develop and improve internal workflows.
Maintain project trackers and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Identify opportunities to improve team productivity and campaign efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Google algorithm updates, Meta platform changes, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical & Local SEO)
Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Experience managing Google Business Profile
Good understanding of Meta Business Suite and Meta Business Manager
Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram marketing
Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
Ability to interpret campaign analytics and performance data
Strong project management and multitasking skills
Excellent client handling and communication skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Digital Marketing certifications - will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Minimum 1 years of experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Prior experience leading or mentoring a team is preferred.
