Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing operations and logistics for different activities like Stakeholder Management, Calendar Management, Meeting minutes, Travel management etc.
The role reports to the Senior leadership team at Lowe’s and hence requires good networking ability with external market executives. It also requires the individual to create a rapport with the leaders and their direct reports, along with gaining business intelligence for their units. Having excellent communication and presentation ability is imperative for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

Networking and relationships with Indian vendors, Law firms' senior leaders VPs, and CXOs will be a desired skill
Interact with key stakeholders internally and externally (senior management at the vendor side)
Work with EA of Leaders at vendor side to schedule discussions
Take notes from the meetings and follow up on action items. Report progress on a regular basis.

Calendar Management:

Access to schedule/accept/decline meetings on the leader’s behalf
Understand the Stakeholder's priority to manage the meeting list accordingly
Attend meetings, take MoM & manage follow up activities/meetings
Managing meetings, Office activities, and stakeholders when is leader is OOO

Travel Management:

Coordinate visa application and booking of domestic/international tickets, accommodation, and conveyance.
Arrange for international calling card, forex cash, S-badge & Transportation
Expense Management for Travel and other approval activities within the Leaders’s organization.

Point of Contact for HR and Talent Acquisition processes, Events, Purchase orders, and Systems:

Schedule calibration, appraisals & mentoring meetings
Provide interview slots for lateral hiring
Purchase order and Purchase Requisition creation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Dynamics tools/ ERPs is a necessary requirement
Collate and submit monthly and quarterly awards.
Manage HR Tasks like Role Change and salary change on the System on behalf of leaders
Managing new hire joining (Raising Day 1 requests, Space allocation, etc.)
Managing data on Tools/Systems on behalf of leaders while maintaining extreme confidentiality
Managing events and having excellent program management skills will be an added advantage
Program managing Town Halls, Team Lunches, and Fun activities (Especially in Virtual medium)

Years of Experience:

5-10 Years of proven and relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roles

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master's degree or equivalent

Strong English communication skills: They express themselves clearly and professionally in all written and spoken interactions.
Meticulous calendar management: They ensure every meeting, time zone, and location is accurate—especially when I am traveling.
Strong follow-through: Once they commit to a task, they track it to completion without reminders.
Situational awareness and Prioritization Framework: They understand who key stakeholders are and why certain meetings or tasks matter.
Flexibility with work hours: They’re willing to support during evening meetings, US travel times, or occasional weekend needs.
Trustworthiness and honesty: They handle sensitive information with integrity and give you candid feedback.
Core EA competencies: They’re adept at the daily essentials—expenses, event planning, travel arrangements, and logistics.
Coordination Skills - Be good at event management like Townhalls, team outings

Secondary Skills (desired)

Proactive ownership: They anticipate needs and handle tasks without constant prompting, staying one step ahead.
Having an ability to use AI to generate first passes ppts, etc
Clear, proactive communication: They keep me informed before I need to ask, providing timely updates.
Cultural adaptability: They navigate different regions and teams smoothly, understanding different working styles.
Emotional intelligence: They read the room, stay composed, and support me during high-pressure situations.
