This role will be deployed within Cloudflare's Professional Services organization, supporting enterprise customers across the world.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Consultant – Network Services to deliver enterprise networking, security, and Zero Trust implementations
In this customer-facing role, you will lead technical discovery, solution design, deployment, migration, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer while acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
In addition to project delivery, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Professional Services methodologies, reusable assets, and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Consulting
Conduct technical discovery workshops.
Gather business and technical requirements.
Recommend architecture aligned with customer objectives.
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout project delivery.
Professional Services Delivery
Deliver enterprise implementation and migration projects.
Configure Cloudflare Network Services solutions.
Execute production deployments and cutovers.
Validate implementations.
Support post-deployment stabilization activities.
Solution Design
Produce high-quality implementation documentation including:
High-Level Design (HLD)
Low-Level Design (LLD)
Migration Plans
Test Plans
Runbooks
Implementation Guides
As-Built Documentation
Network Services Implementation
Deploy and support technologies including:
Content Delivery Network (CDN)
DDoS Protection
Web Application Firewall (WAF)
Load Balancing
DNS Services
Reverse Proxy
Forward Proxy
API Security

Professional Experience
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Network Consulting, Security Engineering, or Enterprise Networking.
Experience delivering customer-facing implementation and migration projects.
Strong understanding of Internet architecture and networking fundamentals.
Experience designing and deploying enterprise network security solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
