Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely closures, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with leading job portals and be confident in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate compensation within company guidelines and coordinate offer rollouts.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring reports with accuracy.
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines while maintaining quality of hire.
Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment drives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
