HR & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and result-oriented HR & Marketing Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities while supporting the organization's marketing, branding, communication, and business development initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for employee coordination, recruitment support, HR documentation, internal communication, marketing activities, client coordination, promotional campaigns, and maintaining a positive organizational image.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
Assist in recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and requirements.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, HR notices, and other official documents.
Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee queries and escalate issues to the appropriate authority when required.
Ensure proper communication between management and employees.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Marketing & Business Development

Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities.
Assist in creating marketing plans, campaigns, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with clients, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Generate and follow up on business leads.
Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
Support digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and online promotions.
Maintain and update marketing databases and customer records.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, campaigns, and promotional programs.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare marketing reports and provide regular updates to management.

Communication & Coordination

Draft professional emails, letters, notices, proposals, and official communications.
Coordinate internal and external meetings.
Maintain effective communication with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Represent the organization professionally during meetings, events, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of HR and marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, marketing, administration, or business development is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital marketing tools.
Strong interpersonal and employee-management skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
Professional attitude with good negotiation and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of recruitment and HR management practices.
Social media and digital marketing knowledge.
Lead generation and client relationship management.
Content writing and promotional communication.
Presentation and public-speaking skills.
Basic knowledge of HRMS/CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
