We are looking for an AI-First HR Manager who will partner with leadership to build a high-performance organization powered by people, culture, data, and AI. This role is designed for someone who combines strategic HR expertise with business acumen, AI adoption, leadership coaching, and organizational development.

This is not a traditional HR Manager role. We are looking for someone who can think like a business leader, design like an organizational strategist, and execute with the agility of a startup founder.

Role Overview

As the AI-First HR Manager, you will lead the evolution of Biz4Group's people strategy by integrating AI into every stage of the employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance, learning, engagement, and leadership development.

You will work closely with leadership to build scalable HR systems, strengthen organizational culture, develop future leaders, and create an exceptional employee experience that supports business growth.

Your success will be measured by the quality of talent we hire, the strength of our culture, leadership effectiveness, employee growth, operational excellence, and overall business impact.

Key Responsibilities

AI-First People Strategy

Build and continuously evolve Biz4Group's AI-first people strategy aligned with business goals.
Drive AI adoption across HR operations, talent management, learning, and employee experience.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR processes while enhancing decision-making through AI.
Develop AI-powered HR workflows, dashboards, and people analytics.

Strategic HR Business Partnership

Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
Advise managers on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
Support business leaders in solving complex people and performance challenges.
Enable managers to become better coaches through continuous guidance and feedback.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Transform recruitment into strategic talent acquisition focused on long-term hiring quality.
Build strong passive talent pipelines for AI, engineering, product, and leadership roles.
Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, interview quality, and hiring efficiency.
Position Biz4Group as an employer of choice through employer branding, leadership visibility, employee stories, campus engagement, and AI-focused initiatives.

Performance & Talent Development

Design continuous performance management systems focused on coaching, ownership, and business outcomes.
Develop career frameworks, growth roadmaps, and succession plans for high-potential employees.
Conduct talent reviews and retention planning for critical roles.
Implement structured Stay Interviews and employee development conversations.

Learning & Leadership Development

Build a culture of continuous learning with a strong focus on AI, leadership, communication, and consulting skills.
Design learning pathways that improve business capability and employee growth.
Partner with leaders to strengthen people management and leadership effectiveness.
Promote AI literacy across the organization.

Employee Experience & Culture

Strengthen a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Design meaningful employee engagement initiatives aligned with business values.
Improve onboarding experiences, employee communication, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
Foster an environment of trust, psychological safety, and inclusion.

HR Operations & Analytics

Build scalable HR processes supported by automation and data.
Develop HR dashboards tracking hiring quality, retention, engagement, productivity, learning, and AI adoption.
Monitor workforce trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Ensure HR policies remain transparent, business-focused, and employee-friendly.

Preferred Experience

6–10 years of progressive HR experience.
Minimum 3 years in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Strategic HR leadership role.
Experience in an IT services, software product, SaaS, or AI-driven organization.
Demonstrated success in scaling teams and building high-performance cultures.
Experience implementing AI tools within HR functions is highly preferred.
MBA in HR or a related field is preferred.
