Role Description

This is a Contractual role for a Full Time Business Development Executive.

We are looking for a disciplined, and target-driven Business Development Executive to help us take the LeadingIndia.ai institutional membership programme to colleges and universities across India. The role involves structured outreach, relationship building, consultative pitching, follow-ups, pipeline management, and institutional closures.

Your primary objective is to connect directly with senior academic decision-makers—Directors, Deans, Vice Chancellors, and TPOs—to pitch and close high-ticket Institutional Memberships and specialized AI Faculty Training packages. Therefore, strong communication, judgment, professionalism, and follow-through are essential

Responsibilities

Institutional Mapping: Systematically identify and prioritise major engineering colleges, technical universities, and corporate L&D hubs in your assigned territory.
Direct Outreach & Pitching: Secure virtual and on-campus meetings with academic boards to effectively communicate the ROI of our cutting-edge AI and agentic training programs.
Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Own the B2B sales funnel from initial cold outreach and product demonstrations to final contract signing and MoU execution.
CRM & Forecasting: Maintain a rigorous, updated sales pipeline and provide weekly revenue and activity forecasting to the leadership team

Who can apply

Experience: 2 to 4+ years of proven track record in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or EdTech (specifically selling to institutions or higher-ed clients).
Domain Knowledge: You are based in Noida/NCR , understand the local procurement cycles of Indian universities, and know how academic decision-makers think.
Autonomy: You do not need daily micromanagement. You want a high-autonomy environment where your earning potential is directly tied to your hustle and is completely uncapped.
Communication: Exceptional English proficiency and an authoritative, consultative selling tone.

Performance Expectation

This role is built strictly for active sales professionals who want their primary earnings driven by performance incentives.

Other requirements

Prior experience selling to colleges, universities, training institutions, or EdTech clients
Experience working with Principals, Deans, HODs, placement officers, or university administrators
Existing understanding of higher education, AI skilling, faculty development, workshops, or institutional memberships
Experience using LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools, Google Sheets, or structured sales trackers
Proven record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets

Compensation And Incentives

Fixed monthly compensation of ₹15,000 plus performance-linked commission
Exact commercial details of membership plans will be discussed during the interview and onboarding process.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
