At AUTOGRO, you will not be sitting in an office waiting for enquiries.

You will be in the market identifying projects, meeting builders and developers, finding parking requirements, developing relationships, and converting opportunities into business.

The Opportunity

AUTOGRO specializes in hydraulic car parking elevators and parking solutions for residential and commercial projects.

We are looking for sales professionals who can identify opportunities before customers approach us.

You will be responsible for developing business through construction projects, upcoming developments, builders, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and other key decision-makers.

Your Mission

Find the Project → Identify the Parking Requirement → Meet the Decision-Maker → Present the Solution → Follow Up → Close the Business

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify new residential and commercial construction projects.
Conduct regular field visits to ongoing and upcoming projects.
Meet and build relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, project managers, consultants, and purchase teams.
Identify projects where hydraulic or mechanical parking solutions may be required.
Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
Understand project requirements, timelines, budgets, and decision-making processes.
Introduce AUTOGRO's parking solutions to potential customers.
Coordinate with the technical team for project-specific parking requirements.
Arrange customer meetings, site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
Negotiate with customers and actively work toward closing orders.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Develop long-term relationships with builders, architects, developers, and industry professionals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and lead-generation targets.
Provide regular market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, upcoming projects, and customer requirements.

Is comfortable spending significant time in the field.

Can handle rejection and continue pursuing opportunities.
Takes complete ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Is willing to travel regularly for customer and project visits.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be strongly preferred:

Experience dealing directly with builders, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, project managers, or purchase teams will be a strong advantage.

Experience

2–5+ years of relevant B2B field sales or business development experience preferred.

Candidates with exceptional sales ability, strong communication skills, and relevant industry relationships may also be considered.
