Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Channel Partner Manager to strengthen and expand our indirect sales strategy across assigned markets. The ideal candidate is a relationship‑builder, a strategic thinker, and an expert at driving revenue growth through high‑performing distributor and reseller networks. They will excel at balancing strategic market development with hands‑on partner management to deliver sustainable business results.

What will you be doing?

1. Channel Strategy & Development

Develop and execute channel partner strategies aligned with regional and global commercial goals.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and penetration.
Optimize partner coverage and performance to ensure profitable growth across target segments.

2. Partner Management & Performance Excellence

Manage day‑to‑day relationships with distributors, agents, and resellers; serve as the primary commercial contact.
Conduct regular business reviews and joint planning sessions with partners.
Monitor partner KPIs, sales pipelines, and inventory levels, ensuring proper demand planning and forecasting.

3. Sales Enablement & Market Activation

Equip partners with required product knowledge, marketing tools, technical training, and sales collateral.
Coordinate with Marketing and Technical teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to support pricing strategy and product positioning.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical Service teams to ensure operational excellence.
Support resolution of customer or partner issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Contribute to annual budgeting and sales planning processes.

5. Compliance & Governance

Ensure all channel activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regional regulatory requirements.
Conduct periodic partner audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to commercial and operational standards.

Who are You?

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Experience

5–8 years of commercial or channel management experience, preferably within specialty chemicals or adjacent B2B industrial sectors.
Proven track record of managing distributors, agents, or indirect sales ecosystems.
Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and delivering revenue growth.
Exposure to multinational organizations and matrix environments is highly preferred.

Qualifications & Knowledge

Strong understanding of B2B distribution models, channel economics, and commercial excellence principles.
Knowledge of specialty chemical products, applications, and market dynamics is advantageous.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and business planning.
