Paytm has been a pioneer in the merchant space by introducing innovative solutions like QR codes to
accept payments and Sound-box to recon payments by voice s. We are also distributing loans to
these partners via our ‘Paytm for Business’ App.
About the Role: Incumbent will be responsible for driving Ad sales revenue pertaining to FMCG
category by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Paytm's overall
business objectives. You will lead a team of Ad sales professionals and work closely with
cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and finance to identify new revenue
opportunities and grow our advertiser base.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth for Paytm's advertising

business

Build and manage a high-performing sales team that delivers against revenue targets and

KPIs

Establish strong relationships with key advertisers and agencies, and leverage those

relationships to grow the business

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new revenue opportunities and ensure

alignment with company objectives

Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategy and tactics
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
12+ years of experience in advertising sales specifically into CPG or FMCG segment, with a

proven track record of delivering revenue growth

Experience in digital advertising
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and

managing high-performing teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key

stakeholders

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategy and tactics
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
