Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Ocrolus Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment strategies, focusing on the coordination of bulk hiring drives and sourcing candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling high-volume recruitment processes, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to engage with candidates across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Bulk Hiring Drives:

Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end bulk hiring drives, and large-scale interview events.
Coordinate logistics, schedule interviews, and ensure the smooth execution of all bulk hiring activities.
Liaise with hiring managers and interview panels to align on candidate requirements and drive the selection process.

Sourcing and Recruitment:

Actively source candidates for both technical and non-technical roles using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and manage candidate pipelines.
Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements across multiple channels.

Candidate Management:

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, reference checks, and offer letters.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, progress, and challenges to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment process, particularly for bulk hiring initiatives.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition to contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.

Administrative Support:

Assist with the preparation of recruitment materials, including job descriptions, interview guides, and candidate presentations.
Handle candidate inquiries and provide support in scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing other recruitment logistics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring and/or sourcing for tech and non-tech roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
