Full job description

We are scaling an established medical education platform offering high-quality online and offline training programs for doctors across India.

We are looking for an Admissions & Relationship Counsellor who can take ownership of the journey from the first conversation with a doctor to admission, payment and an ongoing relationship with the institute.

This is more than a calling role. You will work closely with the founders, interact with doctors across India and play a direct role in growing the institute.

Your 3 Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions & Conversion

Your goal: Convert interested doctors into paid students.

What you will do:

* Connect with doctors who enquire through Google, social media, WhatsApp, referrals and other marketing channels.

* Understand what they want to learn and guide them towards the relevant program.

* Explain course details, dates, fees and online/offline formats clearly.

* Share brochures, schedules and payment information.

* Follow up consistently until the doctor enrols or gives a clear decision.

* Follow up closely on pending registrations and payments.

You will be measured on: Paid admissions, conversion and revenue collected.

2. Database Management & Follow-up

Your goal: Make sure no genuine opportunity is lost because of poor or delayed follow-up.

What you will do:

* Work systematically with our existing database of doctors as well as all new leads.

* Call and WhatsApp doctors about relevant programs.

* Understand and record their areas of interest.

* Maintain the status of every lead and the next follow-up date.

* Reconnect with doctors at the appropriate time for future programs.

* Keep the admissions pipeline organised and updated.

You will be measured on: Follow-up discipline, database activation and conversions from existing and new leads.

3. Student Relationships, Testimonials & Referrals

Your goal: Build a relationship that continues even after the doctor completes a course.

What you will do:

* Connect with students after their programs and collect genuine feedback.

* Collect written and video testimonials and encourage reviews.

* Stay connected with satisfied students and ask for doctor referrals.

* Ask students what they would like to learn next and record their interests.

* Inform them when relevant advanced or future programs become available.

* Follow up for repeat enrolments and referred admissions.

You will be measured on: Testimonials, referrals, repeat admissions and revenue generated from existing students.

We care about outcomes, not simply the number of calls made.

Who Are We Looking For?

Someone who is warm, articulate, confident, organised and excellent at follow-up.

You should be comfortable speaking professionally with doctors, communicating over phone and WhatsApp, understanding what someone needs and moving conversations towards a decision without being pushy.

Experience in admissions counselling, education, healthcare, medical education, inside sales or relationship management would be an advantage.

Good spoken English and Hindi are essential. Basic comfort with Excel, Google Sheets or CRM systems is expected.
