Full job description

1. CBSE & Board-Related Work

Handle day-to-day CBSE-related administrative work and documentation.
Maintain and update CBSE records, certificates, affiliation-related documents, and correspondence.
Assist in preparation and submission of documents required by CBSE.
Monitor CBSE circulars, notifications, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
Maintain proper records of all CBSE submissions and approvals.
Coordinate with school authorities for CBSE inspections, submissions, and documentation.

2. UDISE+ & Government Portals

Handle UDISE+ data entry, updating, verification, and submission.
Maintain accurate records of student, staff, infrastructure, and school-related data.
Coordinate with concerned departments to collect and verify required information.
Handle other government and education-related online portals as assigned.
Ensure all portal submissions are completed accurately within prescribed deadlines.

3. School Administration

Maintain school records, registers, files, certificates, and official documentation.
Prepare letters, notices, reports, applications, and official correspondence.
Maintain confidential administrative records and ensure proper filing.
Coordinate with academic, accounts, HR, transport, and administrative departments.
Assist the management and Principal in routine administrative activities.

4. Student & Staff Records

Maintain accurate student and staff databases.
Update records related to admissions, withdrawals, transfers, attendance, qualifications, and other required information.
Assist in preparation of student certificates, school records, and official documents.
Ensure data accuracy across physical records and online portals.

5. Online Portal & Data Management

Handle school ERP, Google Forms, spreadsheets, online applications, and other administrative software.
Prepare and maintain Excel/Google Sheets for school data and reports.
Ensure timely updating of information on required platforms.
Maintain backups and systematic digital filing of important records.

6. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain records required for school inspections, audits, CBSE requirements, and government authorities.
Track important deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents.
Maintain a checklist of pending compliance-related work.
Ensure all documents are properly signed, verified, scanned, and filed.

7. Correspondence & Coordination

Draft and manage official correspondence with CBSE, government departments, parents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with the Principal, management, teachers, and administrative staff for required information and documentation.
Follow up on pending approvals, submissions, and official communications.

8. Reporting

Prepare regular administrative reports as required by management.
Maintain a record of completed and pending CBSE, UDISE, and administrative tasks.
Provide timely updates on deadlines, submissions, and pending documentation.
Immediately highlight discrepancies, missing information, or compliance concerns.
