Full job description

BloodTest.in is building an online platform that helps people discover and book blood tests and diagnostic services.

We are expanding our pathology laboratory network across India and are looking for energetic Pathology Partnership & Sales Executives who can identify diagnostic laboratories, pathology centres and collection centres, explain the BloodTest.in partnership model and onboard them onto the platform.

This is a hands-on business development role. You will be responsible for building the pathology network city by city.

What you will do

Your primary responsibility will be to establish partnerships between BloodTest.in and pathology laboratories/diagnostic centres.

Your responsibilities

Identify pathology laboratories, diagnostic centres and collection centres in assigned cities.
Build a database of potential pathology partners.
Contact laboratory owners, directors, managers and business-development teams.
Explain the BloodTest.in platform and partnership opportunity.
Conduct phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person meetings.
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership arrangements.
Complete the onboarding process for new pathology partners.
Collect required laboratory information, test lists, prices, locations and service details.
Coordinate with the BloodTest.in operations and technology teams to get laboratories listed.
Follow up with laboratories until onboarding is completed.
Maintain strong relationships with existing pathology partners.
Identify opportunities to increase bookings and test volumes for partner laboratories.
Track leads, meetings, negotiations, onboardings and revenue using the company's CRM or reporting system.
Provide weekly reports on city-wise business-development activity.
Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities in the local diagnostic market.

You will approach businesses such as:

Independent pathology laboratories
Diagnostic centres
Hospital laboratories
NABL-accredited laboratories
Regional diagnostic chains
Local pathology centres
Blood collection centres
Specialised diagnostic laboratories
Multi-location diagnostic networks

The objective is to build a reliable network of pathology partners that can fulfil blood-test bookings generated through BloodTest.in.

Initial focus areas may include:

Delhi NCR Mumbai Lucknow

As the network expands, the role may cover cities such as:

Bengaluru Hyderabad Pune Chennai Kolkata Ahmedabad Jaipur Chandigarh Indore Bhopal Patna Kanpur Noida Ghaziabad Gurugram Faridabad

Candidates with strong knowledge of their local diagnostic market are especially encouraged to apply.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who can sell, negotiate and close partnerships, rather than someone whose experience is limited to digital marketing.

You should be comfortable picking up the phone, finding decision-makers and asking for the business.

Preferred experience

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

Pathology laboratory sales
Diagnostic centre sales
Healthcare B2B sales

Pharmaceutical/medical sales
Insurance/TPA healthcare sales

Experience dealing directly with pathology owners or diagnostic-centre management is highly preferred.

Example of the role

Suppose you are assigned Lucknow.

You may be expected to:

Build a list of 100+ relevant pathology laboratories and diagnostic centres.
Identify the decision-maker for each laboratory.
Contact them by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Explain how BloodTest.in can bring them online customers.
Arrange meetings with interested laboratories.
Negotiate the partnership.
Collect their test catalogue and pricing.
Complete their onboarding.
Coordinate with the BloodTest.in team to publish their services.
Follow up after launch and help increase bookings.

The same process will then be replicated across Delhi NCR, Mumbai and additional cities.

Compensation

For experienced candidates who already have strong relationships with diagnostic laboratories, compensation can be discussed based on experience and expected business contribution.
