Full job description

Avinix CRM, a product of Avinix Digital Pvt. Ltd., is a growing SaaS-based CRM platform designed to help Start-ups, SMEs, and growing businesses manage leads, sales activities, customer communication, follow-ups, tasks, teams, and WhatsApp conversations from one centralized platform.

We are looking for an ambitious and target-oriented Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) who will be responsible for driving sales of Avinix CRM through outbound calling, lead qualification, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and customer conversion.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Avinix CRM can solve their business challenges.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

Identify and connect with potential B2B customers through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
Generate and qualify prospects for Avinix CRM.
Understand prospects' business processes, sales challenges, and CRM requirements.
Explain the benefits and features of Avinix CRM to potential customers.
Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
Follow up with prospects regularly and move them through the sales pipeline.
Convert qualified prospects into paid Avinix CRM customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, meetings, demos, and sales activities in Avinix CRM.

Lead Qualification & Follow-up

Qualify leads based on business size, requirements, decision-making authority, budget, and purchase intent.
Maintain a structured follow-up process to maximize conversion opportunities.
Reconnect with inactive or previously contacted prospects.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities wherever applicable.
Coordinate with the onboarding/customer success team to ensure a smooth transition after closing.

Product Demonstration

Learn Avinix CRM thoroughly and stay updated with new features and improvements.
Demonstrate CRM features.
Understand the customer's workflow and demonstrate relevant features rather than giving generic product presentations.
Clearly communicate the business value and ROI of using a CRM.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, or IT Product Sales.
Experience in selling SaaS, CRM, software, IT services, or B2B solutions will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong cold calling and sales conversion skills.
Ability to conduct product demos and sales presentations.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable communicating with business owners, founders, managers, and decision-makers.
Working knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
Good understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
Self-motivated, organised, proactive, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and consistently follow up with prospects.

Qualifications

Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
Candidates with strong sales experience and a proven track record may also be considered irrespective of specialization.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to:

Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
Conduct regular outbound calls and follow-ups.
Schedule and conduct CRM product demonstrations.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain complete and accurate sales activity records in Avinix CRM.
