About the Opportunity:

Winged Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an ambitious, result-driven Sales Manager who can do more than just manage a sales team.

We are looking for someone who can build a sales pipeline, generate qualified opportunities, lead sales activities, close deals, and create a repeatable sales system.

This is not a traditional hiring process.

Selected candidates will participate in a 21-Day Sales Leadership Challenge, where they will work on real business opportunities, sales strategies, lead generation, pipeline management, team coordination, and revenue generation.

The best performers will be considered for permanent employment with Winged Pvt. Ltd.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will be expected to:

Build and manage the company's sales pipeline.
Generate and identify qualified business leads through online channels.
Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Research potential customers and identify business opportunities.
Create and improve sales outreach and follow-up strategies.
Connect with prospects through approved channels and conduct follow-ups.
Conduct discovery calls, meetings, presentations, and sales discussions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Winged solutions.
Prepare and coordinate proposals and quotations using approved company processes.
Handle negotiations within authorized limits.
Work toward converting qualified opportunities into paying customers.
Recruit, train, guide, and manage Sales Executives/BDEs as the team grows.
Assign leads and monitor daily sales activities.
Track sales KPIs, pipeline performance, conversions, and collections.
Identify weaknesses in the sales process and implement improvements.
Create sales processes, reporting systems, and SOPs.
Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
Work closely with management and other departments to achieve business goals.

The 21-Day Challenge:

During the program, you will be evaluated on your ability to:

Week 1 — Build

Understand Winged's services and target customers.
Analyze the existing sales process.
Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Build a qualified lead-generation system.
Create outreach and follow-up strategies.
Set up sales tracking and reporting processes.

Week 2 — Execute

Generate qualified business opportunities.
Conduct outreach and follow-ups.
Schedule and conduct sales meetings.
Prepare proposals.
Handle objections and negotiations.
Improve sales conversion opportunities.

Week 3 — Lead & Scale

Take ownership of the sales pipeline.
Coordinate and manage sales activities.
Improve team productivity.
Create repeatable sales processes.
Build sales SOPs and reporting systems.
Present a 30/60/90-day sales growth plan.

Performance Reward:

During the 21-day challenge:

Earn 25% of the revenue you generate

Revenue attribution, eligibility, payment timing, and other conditions will be defined in the official program terms before joining.

Have experience in B2B sales, business development, IT services, software, digital services, or agency sales. (Preferred)

Have leadership potential and the ability to manage a sales team.
Are comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Are willing to take ownership instead of waiting for constant instructions.
